OUR ROAD TO SUCCESS

WE HAVE A HEART FOR OUR PEOPLE, OUR PLANET AND OUR PROJECTS

CARE FOR OUR PLANET

There is no future without our planet. We therefore reduce and reuse. We recycle, replace and renew. And we even refuse anything that does not match our belief in a sustainable future. We are well aware that every product in the FMCG market leaves its mark and so, as a business, we are doing our best to minimise our impact.

EXCELLENCE OF OUR PEOPLE

Our people are the reason we have grown from a small business into an international company. Thanks to the collaborative ‘can-do’ attitude of our employees, great customer service is delivered in our offices and manufacturing plants every day. It has always been part of our culture to value initiative, as it attracts those who are entrepreneurial and enjoy making things happen. This is why we continue to invest in the development of our employees: through on-going education and customised coaching, creating new career opportunities and last but not least, ensuring there is a happy and dynamic atmosphere at work, one in which fun is essential.

Today, 800 happy employees are active in Belgium, France, the UK and the Netherlands.

OUR PROJECTS ACROSS THE GLOBE

At Konings, we are entrepreneurs, not just in Belgium, but across the whole world. This vibe is something we passionately want to share. Whilst we source local fruit from different locations and make them into apple and pear juice, this involves input from lots of different departments that are involved in making our business excellent at what we do. This knowledge and expertise is shared with our suppliers as well, like Mali Juice in Tanzania, so that they too can become experts, whilst pressing their locally sourced pineapples.

Mali Juice actively focuses on offering an agricultural education to groups of farmers, and then processing their fruit into delicious and healthy fruit juice. Thousands of farming families have benefited. By harvesting more, the farmers and their families’ diet has become more varied, and many have been to double their income. The extra income earned has been used to buy food, send children to school and go to the doctor if needed.
